The Visionary

Many of the music industry's finest have called upon this gentle giant for his expertise in many different fields. As a touring musician, he's travelled all over North America, Europe and Asia with artist like Ariana Grande, Tyrese and Deborah Cox among others. As a session musician he's played on records with Snoop Dogg, Najee, All-4-One, Skylar Stecker and more. Television shows Tim has appeared on include multiple appearances on the Tonight Show and the Radio Disney Music Awards, Saturday Night Live, and Good Morning America just to name a few. When people reach out to this world class musician, they know that he will bring nothing less than his best to the table, and demands that others in his company or under his direction exude the same attitude of greatness as he.

"One thing about having Tim on a gig is he forces you to be on top of your own stuff, because he's on top of his. And he doesn't always have to say anything. Everybody just knows, 'Oh, Tim is here. I know I need to be on my A game.'"

After seeing an increase of comfortability in mediocrity, Mr. Bailey knew that something needed to be done, but was unsure of what. After years of self reflection and council, he came to the realization that he possesses a lot of resources, both tangible and intangible, that could be (and have been) instrumental to someone reaching that next level of success.

“For so long, I’ve looked at being humble as downplaying the things I’ve been blessed to accomplish. And that shouldn’t be the case when someone else’s victories could possibly be hindered by your hoarding of knowledge and wisdom.”

So after much prayer, contemplation and council, Timothy decided to start Bleeding Excellence, a company that would promote brilliance and distinction. Mediocrity, which has become widely accepted, leads to complacency, which is dangerous, and ultimately unacceptable.

It's time to set the bar. And then raise it.
